At WHITE COFFEE clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items.
